Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs
We accept returns and exchanges! Please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to maker error, we’ll cover the shipping cost!

Need a repair? Our gear is built to last, but wear and tear is bound to happen. If you want any old stuff repaired, feel free to contact us at any time! If the damage is within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace free of charge! Just pay shipping. After 30 days additional costs may apply, depending on materials needed for the repair.
If a crystal collar has pieces that have fallen off or are coming loose, we’ll repair them free of charge at any time!
Shipping
Once an order is shipped, it's out of our hands. We do not have any control over potential delays, damage, or lost packages. While these instances are uncommon, we will do our best to make things right in the event that something goes awry in the shipping process.
When returning, exchanging, or repairing an item, we ask that the customer covers shipping costs, unless due to maker error.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Need to cancel an order? Please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order to have it cancelled and refunded.
Need to make a change to your order (such as size, color, hardware, etc)? Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure we can make those changes for you. If you contact us after that 24 hour window, we will do our best to make the changes but if your order has already entered the making process some changes may not be possible.
Additional charges may apply to changing orders if the options chosen are more expensive.
